Family Support
Our Home Visitation program provides intensive services to pregnant women and first-time parenting families who live in poverty. We provide parents with information about prenatal care, healthy early childhood development and positive parent-child interactions for up to five years.
The Health for Two program provides milk coupons to young mothers and connects people to needed medical and community services. Families are also encouraged to access other Boyle Street services including mental health and housing programs.
The Family Outreach program works with children over the age of five. Our Family Outreach worker explores family dynamics and finds ways to enhance a family’s capacity to provide a safe and caring environment. By focusing on family strengths, parents improve their awareness about the elements of positive family life.
